  1. First of all, moving bedtimes back 15 minutes each day can be a great help. This helps their internal clock adjust over time. Gradually adjusting is less of a shock. So, planning ahead and starting to change bedtimes a couple weeks before school starts can be a great help.
  2. Second, sleeping on a comfortable mattress and clean, new sheets can lead to a better night’s rest.
