Terms and Conditions – Our Total Satisfaction Guarantee



Best Mattress proudly serves the local communities. We ship to locations that are withing close proximity to our stores and currently do not provide shipping to locations outside of our trade area. For store locations, click here.


We guarantee to match the advertised retail price of any competitor or our own price within 30 days of purchase with the same verifiable products, excluding door busters, as is, clearance or floor models. Price for any promotional, free with purchase, or discounted item(s) will be deducted from total before any price is lowered or credited back.


In stock merchandise purchased by 1pm will be delivered the same day upon request, excluding holidays and limited to a geographic area with a minimum purchase of $799 mattress set. Excludes floor models. See store for details.


The room must be ready for delivery when the drivers arrive.

As a service, we will remove your old mattress and box spring before delivering the new set (subject to inspection, unsanitary bedding will not be removed, limited to equal amount delivered).

Delivery cannot be made to a minor and finance orders will require a signature from someone with a valid state issued ID.

The driver will call the phone number provided on your order the morning of delivery to give you a three-hour time frame. If you are not home for delivery, there will be a $70 re-delivery fee.

If the driver determines that the delivery attempt could cause damage to your home, you will be required to sign a release of liability to complete the delivery.

Our C.O.D. Policy:

All orders must be paid in full before the delivery date. We do not accept payment at the time of delivery.


Selecting a new mattress is a very important decision. At Best Mattress we know how important a goodnights sleep is and we guarantee that you will sleep well on your new mattress. If you are not satisfied with the comfort of your mattress within 120 days of your purchase, we will do whatever we can to make sure you are sleeping well. Best Mattress is committed to helping you find the right mattress and to your healthy night’s sleep.

Your body takes time to adjust properly to a new mattress, so we require you to sleep on your mattress for at least 30 days. We will make every effort to find you the right mattress. If you are not happy with your mattress prior to the 120th day you can exchange your mattress for one of equal or greater value (the difference in price is due if choosing a mattress of greater value), without any re-stocking fees, just a nominal transportation fee starting at $99.

If you choose to do an exchange you are no longer eligible to do a return. This is available on a premium mattress with a queen $799.99 price point or above. Exchange must be “selected a minimum of two weeks before” the 120th day and be “completed” by the 120th day to be eligible.

You are eligible for one exchange only. The box foundation will not be exchanged unless you are exchanging to another brand. If you choose to do a return there will be a 20% restocking fee plus the transportation fee starting at $99 deducted from your refund.

If you choose to do a return of your mattress, all discounted, promotional and “free with purchase” items will be deducted from your refund at the full retail price and are not returnable with the mattress (this is in addition to the 20% re-stocking fee and transportation fee).

This excludes clearance center, as is, floor models, pillows, mattress toppers, mattress protectors, sheets and other accessories, special order purchases and power/ electric or adjustable bases. These items are not returnable.

The applicable transportation cost will be assessed for any orders outside of Las Vegas, Mesquite or St. George and must be paid prior to delivery/pick-up starting at $99.

All comfort exchanges or returns are subject to our drivers’ inspections at the time of the pick-up. Any offensive odors (smoke, pets, food etc.) soiling or damage will void a comfort exchange and make you ineligible for a refund. To be eligible for return or exchange the mattress must be in pristine condition with no soiling or evidence of any type of soiling on the mattress.

We recommend that you use a stain proof mattress protector to insure your sleep guarantee.

For a Sleep Guarantee to be valid you must follow the manufacturer warranty criteria, i.e. (proper frame support and Law Tag must be attached). To exchange your mattress or to be eligible for a refund you must present this signed document and your receipt to the store.


All special orders must have a 50% deposit before the merchandise will be ordered and are non-cancelable/non-refundable.


Finance terms will not be changed from the terms signed for on the contract/authorization slip. No verbal contracts are valid.


Orders left open for longer than 90 days become non-refundable. An in-store credit will be available for one year from the date of purchase. We do not hold stock on layaway purchases. We will need a minimum of one week notice of delivery to order in the merchandise. If an item becomes discontinued during the time of the layaway, you will have to reselect at the time of pay off to a different model that is available.


No refund will be issued on special orders – low profiles, extra longs, or adjustable beds, headboards, daybeds, mattress covers, pillows, etc. For items not picked up or delivered, excluding orders left open longer than 90 days, a refund will be issued with the following criteria:

Payments made by cash or check will have a check issued through our accounting office to the name and address on the order. The check will usually be mailed within 15 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Payments made by credit card will be credited back to the same card originally used in the store within 10 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). If that card cannot be produced, you have the option of receiving an in-store credit.

*Please Note* Our mattresses are intended to be sold both alone and with a foundation. Our mattresses meet U.S. Product Safety Commission regulations effective July 1, 2007 16CFR part 1633, when used with a compliant foundation.
