Fireworks on the 4th of July can cause restless sleep

4th of July is this week and if you are like us then many of you are looking forward to fun and fireworks with your family & friends. What we might not be anticipating though is the restless sleep that can come along with the late-night celebrations. You may still feel restless from the adrenaline of shooting off fireworks, and having fun with your loved ones. Trying to get your body to relax, can at times be difficult.

Try broadcasting white noise in your sleeping area. If you have a fan to create a constant noise or ocean waves on speakers. These are both calming sounds that can help you to calm your body down and be more prepared for sleep Also, earplugs can be a great option to block out excess noise from all the fun festivities happening during the night if you may have to go to bed earlier.
