Have you ever thought about keeping a sleep diary? This may help you understand how your habits affect your sleep. Track your sleep every day for at least 2 weeks or longer. Write down things like what time you go to bed, how long it takes you to fall asleep, how many times you wake up during the night, how you feel in the morning, etc. Anything sleep related such as what kind of food and drinks you consumed prior to bedtime. What kind of exercise you got.
